Mighty Lube^® Conveyor Guardian™ Monitoring System

In 2009 OPCO Lubrication and Mighty Lube began a joint-venture. To compliment this partnership, Mighty Lube has designed their state of the art conveyor monitoring system to work alongside several of the OPCO lubrication and greaser products. 

Mighty Lube, the industry leader in conveyor chain monitoring and lubrication, is excited to introduce our new and improved Next Generation monitoring system. The Mighty Lube Conveyor Guardian™ system brings state of the art technology to preventative and predictive maintenance. In addition to monitoring chain wear, the Conveyor Guardian™ system has the ability to measure amps, speed, take-up pressure, drive hours as well as lubrication data when paired with a Mighty Lube or  OPCO lubrication system.
