A clean conveyor is an efficient conveyor. Mighty Lube conveyor cleaning brushes help to keep your conveyors running at their best. We offer conveyor trolley and chain cleaners as well as track, rail and yoke cleaning brushes.

Conveyor brushes work to remove and prevent accumulation of build-up and debris. By doing this, conveyor cleaning systems reduce part contamination and improve grounding necessary on powder and e-coat lines. Mighty Lube non-powered brush assemblies have replaceable brushes which are easy to install and do not require the removal of the entire unit.

We offer cleaning systems that fit all major monorail I-beam and enclosed track style conveyors, including Richards-Wilcox, Unibilt, and Rapid. For information on brushes for other conveyor types, please contact us.

Cleaning the trolley load bearing surfaces and the rail will improve grounding for better parts coating and also eliminate rejected parts due to contamination!

I-Beam / Monorail Type Conveyor Rail Cleaning Brushes

The Mighty Lube® Beam Sweep is designed to clean the web surfaces of the rail. Cleaning the rail helps reduce debris fall out as well as improve grounding contact. This unit is installed into a chain link so the brushes can clean the rail as the chain travels. For best cleaning results it is recommended to install one beam sweep for every 250 feet of chain. Replaceable brushes are made stainless steel material.

Beam Sweep Replacement Brushes are Made of Stainless Steel – Each unit requires 6 brushes for complete replacement (2 Side, 4 Top/Bottom).

Conveyor Trolley Yoke Cleaning Brush

The Mighty Lube Yoke Brush cleans the yokes on the trolley as the chain travels around. You install this brush by welding to the bottom of the rail. The Yoke Brush is designed to remove build up from hard to reach, often overlooked sources of contamination.

Yoke Cleaner Replacement Brushes are Made of Stainless Steel – Each unit requires 1 brushes for complete replacement.

Non-Powered I-Beam Conveyor Chain & Trolley Cleaner

Mighty Lube Non-Powered I-Beam Conveyor Chain Cleaners are a brush system that cleans the chain and trolleys on I-Beam conveyors as the chain travels. This chain cleaning brush assembly removes debris which helps to reduce rejects without contaminating parts. The chain cleaner adjusts to contact hard to reach points and is spring loaded to prevent jamming if a hanger passes at an odd angle.

Enclosed Track Conveyor Chain and Bearing Cleaners

These conveyor cleaning brush assemblies remove dirt and debris from enclosed track conveyor chains. The units come pre-mounted on a modified rail section. Replacement brushes are made of a crimped carbon steel material. One top brush and four side brushes are required for complete replacement on one unit.

Enclosed Track Conveyor Channel Sweeps

The channel sweeps are designed to remove dirt and debris from the internal conveyor track surfaces. This improves grounding and helps reduce part rejects. These brush assemblies are easily installed by replacing a single chain link. We recommend installing one channel cleaner every 250 feet of chain.

Four replacement brushes are required for complete replacement on one unit. Standard brushes are a phosphorus bronze material but we also offer a steel brush.

Overspray Eliminator Brush

This is also known as the part saver brush because it prevents contamination of parts by lubricant overspray. The part saver brush assembly mounts on the conveyor at the location of the lubricator.
