The Mighty Lube® Next Generation monitoring system brings state of the art technology to preventative and predictive conveyor maintenance. In addition to monitoring chain wear, the Next Generation system has the ability to measure amps, speed, take-up pressure, drive hours as well as lubrication data when paired with a Mighty Lube or OPCO lubrication system.

The Next Generation Permanent Conveyor Monitoring System is networked and provides reliable chain wear data and projections for up to 100 conveyor lines.

The permanent system measures chain wear in both Link by Link and 10’ sections. In addition, this system monitoring drive amps, chain speed, take-up pressure and drive hours. Furthermore, it provides data on lube cycles, reservoir levels, head voltage and pump cycles when combined with a Mighty Lube or OPCO lubrication systems.

Mighty Lube developed a new Next Generation Portable chain wear monitoring system for facilities with several conveyor lines spaced far apart. This system was engineered with the customer in mind. It has a lightweight frame and battery power allowing you to easily move the unit from one conveyor to another. The portable unit includes a Windows tablet that is preloaded with user-friendly software which provides both link by link and 10-foot data.

Single Line Conveyor Monitoring System

Chain wear monitoring for facilities with only one conveyor line

The Mighty Lube® Single Line Conveyor Monitor is stationary system that monitors one conveyor line. The equipment is permanently installed onto a conveyor. The single line system is ideal for shops with one enclosed track or overhead conveyor. Mighty Lube also takes custom orders for other specialty conveyor systems such as inverted conveyor rails.

This system measures both link by link chain data and 10 foot sections. It delivers data in the Mighty Lube monitoring software program. It does so by connecting the head unit to a USB on the included Windows based tablet.
